4th Annual Green County Marching Band Christmas Extravaganza

9:00AM – 3:00PM
We offer booths on a first come, first serve basis and feel our prices are reasonable. Please note that we do reserve the right to refuse booth space to a vendor with obscene or vulgar merchandise.
Last year was a great year, however we plan on advertising more this year to increase traffic to your booths and increase your profits also. I will be contracting every vendor who books with us one week prior to the event to confirm and give you any updates we have. We plan on offering band student runners for your use this year with concessions. You will be supplied with menu slips that you can fill out and hand to your runners so you don’t have to leave your booth unattended. We will also have band students to help you load, unload, and set up your merchandise if you need assistance.
Our Prices Are As Follows:
10 x10 booth $25 with electricity $35
Double booth $45 with electricity $60
Our early bird deadline is November 13th. Any Vendors who sign up and pay before this date will be entered into a drawing to win $25.00. Space is limited so sign up today. Payment is due at sign up. Thanks so much for your time and attention in reading this flyer and considering joining us and helping our students in band. Funds raised will help with band expenses that some parents are not able to afford and to allow our students future learning experiences in band.
As an added bonus, any vendor set up and present at the end of the extravaganza, will have their name put in a drawing for free booth rental for the 5th Annual Extravaganza.
